Women’s Healing Circle
Tuesday, April 17th from 5:30-6:30pm

Our theme for the month of April is COURAGE! Winter can discourage us from treading off the beaten path: the biting cold invites us toward shelter, our homes seem so much cozier, the rain and occasional snow keep us from venturing too far, and the darker half of the year drives us toward introspection. During Winter we can easily get stuck in a rut, develop seasonal depression or feel distant and disconnected. Courage is what gets us out of the house, away from our routine, and into new experiences which grow and shape us for the better. During April we want to help give you the courage to face your fears, let your voice be heard and to aspire to what you truly want in life. This month is your opportunity to envision what you desire for yourself and have the courage to take steps toward creating your idealized reality. This Women’s Healing Circle aims to empower women to have courage within their all aspects of our lives. We’ll be focusing on the Power of a Woman’s Perspective and having the courage to let our story be heard! Join us Tuesday, April 17th from 5:30-6:30pm @ Lotus Healing Arts Center and find the courage you need to succeed in life! Complimentary coffee & tea will be provided. $5-10 recommended donation, but we are opening this circle to women of all circumstances regardless of donated amount.

New Moon Circle
Thursday, Feb. 15th from 3-4pm

Thank you to all of those who attended our New Moon Circle on February 15th! During this event, our workshop leader, Amelia, lead this circle through a discussion about acknowledging the moon cycles, how it can be beneficial for all individuals and a lesson in mythology about the constellation of Aquarius, the water bearer. Our circle shared with each other the aspects of life they would like to water, like family, business and love lives, and together we set intentions for the coming moon cycle. The focal point our new moon circle with a small watering ceremony. We planted seeds, offered our intentions, and watered these seeds in order to sprout new growth both in throughout this year and within each of our own lives. Finally, we ended our new moon gathering with a grounding meditation.

Thank you to those who made our new moon circle a beautiful experience for all involved!
